15 Awesome Christmas Gifts Ideas for Wellness and Happiness

Christmas is coming up fast and finding presents can be a challenge. So, I have compiled for you 15 awesome Christmas gifts ideas for wellbeing and happiness (my favourites!) that you can give to the people you love. They will thank you!

You will find meditation cushions or stools, yoga mats, yoga mat bags, bamboo yoga blocks…I use and love their bolsters. Perfect for those who want more support in their home practice. 3. WeWood watches

WeWood watches are made from recycled and reclaimed timber including Indian rosewood, mahogany, coffee tree and teak. We Wood watches are unique and resistant designs for men and women. Plus it is for a good cause: they plant one tree for every watch sold. I got one for my partner’s birthday and he loves it! They are gorgeous!

4. Meditation music for wellness and relaxation

I love and use Jane Winther CDs, as well as Snatam Kaur and Ani Choying Drolma very regularly.

These women are absolutely amazing! I use their music very often in my classes and practice. It’s extremely soothing. Perfect gift for someone to wants to relax fully and also develop their practice.

5. A monthly or yearly yoga pass

You may need to investigate the yoga studios in your friend’s area or maybe you already know where they practice? Get them a pass for a month, 6 months or a year! They will be super grateful.

 

6. A subscription to a magazine they love reading

What are they into? What about the Yoga Journal or Mindful magazine? Those two are part of my favourites. They are very informative, practical and a great resource to develop a yoga and meditation practice.

 

 7. A massage/spa package for instant happiness

Who doesn’t like to be pampered and massaged? You could book a single massage or a package including massage and facial. If you are in Melbourne, Australia, my favourite place for total relaxation is Sakura Lounge. You can get a gift card on their website and the person can choose the exact package they like.

 

8. Seeds to plant

Gardening and connecting with Nature is a great self-care and meditative practice. Why not get them seeds, flowers, plants or herbs for them to plant and create the garden they want or one of those vertical hanging garden, if they don’t have an outdoor space.

10. A collection of Yogi teas

Delicious teas based on Ayurvedic recipes promoting well-being. They use ingredients from organic farming. They also use electricity from renewable sources in their production plants and offices. First of all, I’d recommend you check out local arts and crafts markets in your area. They are always full of unique and fabulous presents. Plus, they support local artists. 12. A salt lamp

Himalayan salt lamps clears the air, shines a relaxing and soothing light, purifies the air and increases serotonin levels. I love the atmosphere they create and I have one in the bedroom, the office and the living room. They are always on, as they make me feel really good.

 15. A healing reiki treatment with me

A blissful relaxing experience including 30 minutes of distance reiki healing, followed by an email to discuss the experience and provide tips and suggestions on supporting the areas of the body and mind where the reiki healing energy was most drawn to.
