How it works

Distant Reiki Healing

We book an appointment and the treatment goes for 30 minutes, during which I ask you to set this time aside and be fully present. It is like a date with yourself and wonderful for self-care. You can be meditating or lying down at the same time. All you have to do is relax, set an intention for your healing and be present.

You will receive a follow-up email where we discuss messages I received about your energy field during the session, as well as your experience and the sensations that came up during your treatment. I will suggest techniques, practices or rituals you can do to support you and you can ask all the questions you want.
